Job Description, Eligibility criteria are as follows:
• Candidates from Polytechnics whose accreditation is Excellent or Very Good Only.
• Passing Full time MSBTE Diploma in the year 2021.
• Candidates eligible only if minimum 60% (aggregate) in Diploma & SSC.
• Candidates who have joined diploma post HSC for them their HSC % also needs to be taken into consideration. The
minimum should be 55% in HSC.
• Age criteria: 1) Open Category 22 Years.(Born after 1st July 1999) 2) SC ST 24 Years. (Born after 1st July 1997)
• Two ATKT – one time only in whole of diploma course / No year down/ Failure.
• Candidate should Not have signed ‘Apprenticeship Contract’ with any other company.
• Required Branches: Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Mechatronics

• 1-year Training, training would start from date of joining
• Working Hours: General Shift (08:30 am – 05:00 pm), First Shift (06:30 am-03:00 pm) and Second Shift (03:00pm-11:30pm)
• Accommodation will not be provided by the Company
• After completion of training, we are not assuring any employment in TATA Motors to these candidates, however we may provide them contractual employment as per vacancies.
