Central Manufacturing Technology Institute (CMTI), Bangalore has released the Job Notification for the post of Apprenticeship Trainees in Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communications Engineering and Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engineering Vacancies. Notification is out of 40 vacancies. Eligible Candidates may attend the Interview on 09.02.2021 and 11.02.2021.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates who have successfully passed the qualifying Degree/ Diploma during/ after 2018 having secured minimum of 60% marks in qualifying exams and
- not taken any training as part of apprenticeship programme
- not completed post graduation in Engineering (e.g. M.E/ M.Tech/ MBA)
- not have any work experience of one year or more
- shall have standard of fitness as prescribed in the clause 4/ Schedule II of Apprenticeship Rules 1992, and amendments thereof, if any.
Stipend:
Candidates selected for Apprenticeship will be paid a consolidated monthly stipend
for Graduate Apprentices: Rs.4,984/- (Four Thousand Nine Hundred & Eighty Four Rupees Only)
for Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Rs.3,542/– (Three Thousand Five Hundred & Forty Two Rupees Only)
As per the rates prescribed in Gazette of India: Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i) vide Notification No. G.S.R. 910(E) dated 19th December 2014.
After completion of 6 months of Apprenticeship training, their performance will be reviewed, and based on the satisfactory performance, apprentices will be paid enhanced stipend @ Rs.10,000/- (for Graduate Apprentices) & Rs.8,000/- (for Technician (Diploma) Apprentices)
Walk in interview details
Interested & eligible Candidates should register their names and bring all their original certificates / mark sheets, Govt. ID proof, Aadhaar, Bank passbook (Aadhaar linked account) with a self-attested photo copy of each of it and a recent passport size photograph along with the duly filled Application Form between 9:00 to 10:00 hrs on the following days as listed below, failing which they would not be allowed to appear for the selection process/ interview.
