The Shell Graduate Programme is a development framework that enables new graduates to become fully independent Shell professionals in 2-5 years.

You will be embarking on a two to three-year structured training programme designed to propel your career.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for ambitious graduates with a strong engineering background with less than three years of experience to help us tackle the energy challenge – now and in the future. Individuals with sound Problem solving skills, Negotiation skills and Safety knowledge are preferred.
