Educational Qualification
Along with the minimum academic qualification mentioned in the below table, the candidates should also possess excellent communication skills and should be proficient in the use of computers and information technology.

Exim Bank Management Trainee Recruitment 2020: Selection Process
The Selection Process will comprise of Written Test and Personal Interview. The date and timing of the Written Test will be advised to the shortlisted candidates at a later date. Candidates who are shortlisted based on the performance in the Written Test will be called for Personal Interview.

Training Duration & Rules
Selected candidates, at the time of joining the Bank, will have to execute a personal bond for ₹ 3 lakh to serve the Bank up to two years as Management Trainee from the date of joining the Bank and minimum of 5 years as Deputy Manager from the date of absorption of in the Bank’s service.
