RBI Grade B 2022 Selection Process
RBI Grade B 2022 Exam is conducted in three phases, while the Prelims examination is Objective in nature while the Mains examination would comprise of the objective as well as descriptive test

RBI Grade B 2022 Exam Pattern
Candidates are required to clear all three phases in order to get a confirmed post as a Grade B Officer in the Reserve Bank of India.

The prelims exam of RBI Grade-B Officer 2022 comprises a single Paper for 200 marks. A total time of 120 minutes will be given for answering. However, separate time will be allotted for each test.

RBI Grade B Officer Interview Process
Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview, based on aggregate marks obtained in Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III of Phase II exam. Interview Process will carry 50 marks.

RBI Grade B 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are required to follow the given criteria (as per the previous year RBI Grade B Notification) to be eligible for RBI Grade B 2022 Exam:
RBI Grade B Citizenship & Nationality
• Must be a citizen of India
• Must be a subject of Nepal
• Must be a subject of Bhutan
• Must be a Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 and has the intention of settling permanently in India.
• A person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
RBI Grade B Age Limit (as on 01/01/2022)
RBI has defined minimum age criteria for appearing in the RBI Officer (Grade ‘B’) examination. Candidates are required to be aged between 21 years and 30 years (both age included) to apply for RBI Grade B exam 2022. For candidates possessing M.Phil. and Ph.D. qualifications, the upper age limit will be 32 and 34 years respectively.

RBI Grade B Number of Attempts
The number of attempts for a general candidate to appear for the RBI Grade B Exam is 6 (six) while for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM there is no limit for appearing in the exam unless they reach the maximum age level.
RBI Grade B Salary 2022
The Pay Scale for the RBI Grade B Officer is Rs. 55,200-2850(9)-80850-EB-2850(2)-86550-3300(4)-99750(16 years). This means that you will be having basic pay of Rs. 55,200/- in which you will get an increment of Rs. 2850/- up till nine years of your service. After the completion of nine years, you will get into the executive band wherein the basic pay will be Rs. 80850/- and then again for the next two years you will get an increment of Rs. 2850/- and further an increment of Rs. 3300/- for the following 4 years thus ending up with the basic pay of Rs. 99,750/- and this is when you don’t get any promotion. Apart from the Basic Pay, multiple emoluments such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family Allowance, Telephone Allowance, Conveyance Allowance etc. will also be provided.

RBI Grade B 2022 Admit Card
The RBI Grade B Admit Card 2022 will be released separately for both Phase-I and Phase-II exams. The admit card for Phase-II Exam will be issued to candidates who have qualified for the Phase-I exam of RBI Grade B. RBI will be releasing RBI Grade B Admit Card on its official website and candidates will not be sent RBI Grade B Call Letters through mail or post.
RBI Grade B 2022 Result
The results for RBI Grade B 2022 Exam will be released after the completion of each phase of the exam. A candidate is required to qualify for both Phase-I and Phase-II exams to get a chance to sit for the interview process. The merit list is prepared in descending order of the marks obtained by candidates after the interview process is complete. The final selection is based on how well you do in your interview.
RBI Grade B Exam Cut Off
The cut off for RBI Grade B 2022 Exam will be released after each phase of the examination is completed. The cut-off for the Phase-I exam will be released first followed by the cut off for the Phase-II exam. Candidates can evaluate their marks and their chances of selection by matching their score with the cut off list released by RBI.
