Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the research and design of the company’s new products and systems.
- Perform various tasks in an engineering department:-
- Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics.
- Develop test prototypes & assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks
- Identify solutions to improve production efficiency.
- Use design software(Preferably Stad Pro for Civil while ETAP/Matlab for Electrical) to develop models and drawings of new products.
- Maintain existing engineering records and designs.
- Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs.
- Supervise the construction process of all designs.
- Coordinate with other department, maintaining & track all communication Internal/External.
- Preparation of Design MIS.

- B.Tech/BE in Civil/Electrical from top ranked college
- Strong Technical Knowledge
